Talis Group's client is a well-established, mid-sized law firm known for providing sophisticated legal services while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented culture. Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Attorney with 2+ years of Business Litigation, Corporate, or Employment Law experience to join their practice and work closely with a highly respected Partner.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience with complex matters, receive strong mentorship, and build a long-term career with a firm that values work-life balance. The firm offers a reasonable 1,800 billable hour requirement, unlimited PTO, competitive compensation, performance bonuses, and an outstanding benefits package.

Highlighted Duties:

Handle a variety of Business Litigation, Corporate, and/or Employment Law matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, legal memoranda, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
Manage discovery, depositions, negotiations, and court appearances as appropriate.
Work directly with and support an experienced Partner on sophisticated client matters.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional legal service.

Highlighted Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Kentucky (or ability to obtain admission promptly).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Litigation, Corporate Law, Employment Law, or a combination of these practice areas.
Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively.
Client-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality legal representation.
