Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Attorney with 2+ years of Business Litigation, Corporate, or Employment Law experience to join their practice and work closely with a highly respected Partner.

Highlighted Duties:
- Handle a variety of Business Litigation, Corporate, and/or Employment Law matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, legal memoranda, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
- Manage discovery, depositions, negotiations, and court appearances as appropriate.
- Work directly with and support an experienced Partner on sophisticated client matters.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional legal service.
Highlighted Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Kentucky (or ability to obtain admission promptly).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Litigation, Corporate Law, Employment Law, or a combination of these practice areas.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively.
- Client-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality legal representation.
