Talis Group’s client is a reputable and established title company in Louisville. They are seeking to hire an experienced Real Estate Administrative Coordinator to join their close-knit team. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering a salary of $55-$58k plus medical benefits, paid time off, & paid holidays.
The hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, onsite.
This role is ideal for a strong administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is eager to learn the real estate/title industry. Prior title or closing experience is a plus but not required - training will be provided.
Highlighted Duties:
- Open and enter new orders into Streamline software.
- Communicate with clients, agents, attorneys, lenders, buyers, and sellers to collect documentation and provide status updates.
- Assist with preparation of real estate closing documents, settlement statements, and disclosures (training provided.)
- Support the team with title processing and clearing real estate title-related items.
- Coordinate closing schedules and assist with post-closing tasks.
- Process title commitments, policies, and endorsements.
- Provide professional and responsive support via phone or email.
- Answering incoming calls and route to appropriate team members.
- Ensure clear communication across all parties to support a smooth & efficient closing process.
Highlighted Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of strong, progressive, and recent administrative, or office support experience.
- Experience in real estate, mortgage, legal, banking, or related industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional, friendly, & courteous communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & comfortable learning new software systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team environment.
