Talis Groups’ client is a well-established, leading industrial facility, dedicated to responsible, sustainable, and compliant production. They are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead production operations, ensure quality standards, and support a safe and efficient work environment on the 2nd or 3rd shift. This role is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing activities, coordinating across departments, and driving continuous improvement.

HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES:
- Supervise production workers for your shift.
- Work with Production and Quality Managers on best practices for sample management and tracking.
- Monitor processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain product inventory levels to meet customer orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Assist in investigations of safety incidents, process issues, and customer complaints.
- Ensure products are delivered on time in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Communicate regularly with Sales and Traffic teams.
- Enforce Quality Management System procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance monitoring.
- Manage employee schedules and payroll records, ensuring accurate time entry.
- Uphold all safety requirements and contribute to a safe work environment.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing supervision experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership ability to direct teams, foster collaboration, and motivate employees.
- Capable of working effectively with internal teams and external partners.
