Talis Group’s company is a well-known and prestigious national law firm. Our client is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to support two attorneys in civil defense litigation. This position is ideal for an experienced paralegal in business litigation or similar. This is a full time position offering partial remote options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) and profit sharing, life insurance, long-term disability, and more. Salary range: $75,000-$100,000 depending on relevant years of experience.
Highlighted Duties:
- Drafting various motions, orders, answers, affidavits, discovery, and agreements.
- Document production including redacting, bates labeling.
- Trial preparation; preparing exhibits, list, subpoenas and more.
- Records requests and document management.
- Research.
Highlighted Requirements:
- At least 7+ years of civil defense litigation paralegal experience.
- Strong command of MS Office, eDiscovery and other document management software. Experience with Relativity or similar desired.
- Experience with state and federal courts.
- Extensive trial experience required.
- This position will be contingent upon acceptable criminal background check, and education verification if needed.
