Talis Group’s company client is a highly reputable law firm specializing in business disputes, employment law, estate and securities litigation, and real estate litigation. They are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support their legal team in a professional environment. This role is ideal for someone who exercises mature judgment, performs well under pressure, and proactively manages deadlines.

Highlighted Duties:
- Proofread and format legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and track critical deadlines.
- Scan, organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.
- Electronic filing in both state and federal courts.
- Monitor active matters and prepare in advance for upcoming deadlines.
- Track CLEs for attorneys as well as various other duties.
Highlighted Requirements:
- 3+ years prior legal administrative experience preferred, defense litigation desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and exercise sound judgment.
