Highlighted Duties:
- Partner closely with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and operational growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison to the President and leadership team.
- Help foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture.
- Assist with implementation of new ERP system.
- Build and lead programs that develop frontline employees into future leaders and managers.
- Help create a strong internal leadership pipeline and succession strategy.
- Drive goal-setting, performance reviews, employee development, and accountability initiatives.
- Utilize metrics and performance systems to support growth and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and enhance compensation structures and pay-for-performance programs.
- Collaborate with brokers and vendors to optimize benefit offerings while managing costs.
- Oversee recruiting strategy and hiring processes across production and office functions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Develop and maintain policies related to hiring, terminations, PTO, workplace safety, affirmative action, and employee relations.
- Streamline HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Highlighted Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- SPHR or SHRM certification is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Experience supporting leadership teams and influencing organizational decisions.
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and relationship-building abilities.
- Passion for culture, employee development, and operational excellence.
- Experience with compensation strategy and performance-based pay systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
