Highlighted Duties:
As the Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you'll manage accounting functions for a diverse portfolio of business clients, serving as a trusted resource to help keep their financial records accurate and organized throughout the year.
- Managing the full accounting cycle for multiple client accounts.
- Performing month-end and year-end close activities.
- Preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts.
- Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards.
- Preparing financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks Online.
- Assisting with year-end tax preparation support.
- Working with a variety of industries and business sizes.
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of bookkeeping engagements.
Highlighted Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
- Experience managing books for multiple companies or clients preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online required.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Degree not required; relevant bookkeeping experience is valued.
