They are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, families, and visitors in a supportive outpatient behavioral health setting. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming, respectful, and organized environment for individuals seeking substance use and mental health services.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
The hours are Monday-Friday, and the hourly pay is $17-$20/hour with paid time off and paid holidays. This employer also offers FREE Health, Dental and Vision coverage.

Highlighted Duties:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Answer and route incoming calls.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using an electronic health record (EHR)
- Assist with client check-in and required paperwork.
- Maintain an organized front office and adequate office supplies.
- Protect client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
- Communicate effectively with clinical, intake, and leadership teams.
Highlighted Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience.
- 1+ year of Receptionist experience in healthcare, counseling, or behavioral health required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Outlook, scheduling systems, and/or EHRs.
