Highlighted Duties:
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Drive new product introduction (NPI) from concept through production launch.
- Ensure designs are manufacturable, scalable, and reliable.
- Support production through hands-on problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, supply chain, and sales.
- Lead engineering change processes (ECR/ECO) and continuous improvement efforts.
Highlighted Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years in manufacturing engineering.
- 2+ years of engineering leadership experience.
- Strong NPI and production ramp up experience.
- Expertise in root cause problem-solving.
- Experience with DFMA, DFMEA/PFMEA, and engineering change processes.
