HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES:
- Lead the prefabrication of underground, overhead, and in‑wall electrical systems, including branch, lighting, and temporary power assemblies.
- Develop, oversee, and adjust weekly and monthly prefabrication production schedules.
- Prioritize and sequence prefab activities to support field installation milestones.
- Ensure all assemblies meet NEC requirements, design intent, and quality standards.
- Inspect and approve assemblies prior to deployment to the field.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Field Superintendents, and the Ops Manager to ensure timely delivery of prefab components.
- Track production progress and provide regular updates to the Program Manager.
- Support risk mitigation and schedule recovery efforts.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, 3D models, and construction documents.
- Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to ensure proper routing of concealed wiring.
- Diagnose and repair faulty equipment or systems when required.
- Assign tasks and manage prefabrication crew
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce safety procedures.
- Train team members in new processes, standards, and advanced methods.
HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of electrical construction or prefabrication experience.
- Electrical Foreman/Supervisor experience (5 years required).
- 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman‑level role.
- Commercial electrician experience (10 years preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, 3D models, and construction documents.
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes, construction sequencing, and prefabrication best practices.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft 365; AutoCAD/Revit experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
