Talis Group’s company client is a regional law firm hiring for a full-time Corporate Paralegal to join their Louisville, KY office. This firm offers a full benefits package (health, life, disability, dental, vision, HSA and EAP programs), 15 PTO days and a salary range of $72,000-$75,000.

Highlighted Responsibilities:

Draft corporate documents including articles of incorporation, bylaws, operating agreements, and stock certificates.
Prepare corporate entity documentation, including foreign qualification applications.
Perform online searches of state and federal lien and litigation databases.
Complete corporate and UCC filings with states.
Assist with mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other transactions.

Highlighted Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or transactional law.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Strong collaboration skills in a team environment.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal oversight.
