Talis Group’s client is a growing healthcare services company that provides onsite medical services to residents in senior living and long-term care facilities. This employer is seeking a Temporary Corporate Administrative Assistant to join their team immediately and provide coverage for approximately 3-5 months. This onsite role will support operations related to contracted medical providers and employee expense processing.
Employer would prefer full-time candidate, 40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
However, employer will consider a 30 hour work week as well.
Flexible scheduling: Mon-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, or alternate hours such as 7am-3pm, or 9am-4pm.
Also has the potential for a 4 day work week.
Pay is $23-$25 per hour (depending on experience.)
This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who has prior experience supporting finance, legal, or healthcare operations and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Highlighted Duties:
- Set up LLCs and PLLCs for contracted medical providers, including preparation of formation documents, coordination of filings, & maintenance of related records.
- Assist with EIN applications and related documentation for newly established LLCs and PLLCs, ensuring accuracy & timely processing with federal & state agencies.
- Process and audit employee expense reports using Ramp software.
- Review daily expense transactions for compliance and accuracy.
- Support approximately 300 traveling medical and dental technicians with expense processing.
- Maintain organized financial and legal documentation.
- Prioritize workload and manage multiple deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
Highlighted Requirements:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including formulas & spreadsheet management.
- Proficiency with Outlook and PDF documentation.
- Experience with expense reporting or travel & expense software required; Ramp software experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
