Talis Group’s client is a long-standing non-profit organization providing housing and healthcare across multiple states for over 100 years. This organization is hiring a Clinical Therapist for their Louisville location to oversee their Family Recovery Program & provide comprehensive clinical services to families, including children. This position would provide both in-patient and out-patient services for individual, group, and family therapy. This role requires a master’s degree in social work or related field, along with accompanying certification of either CSW, MFT, or LCPA. Preference will be given to candidates with clinical licensures such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
Salary: $68,000 + full benefits package.

HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES:
- Manage caseload and address clients’ needs effectively.
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions daily.
- Work effectively with referral sources & maintain strong relationships.
- Document services through current, complete record in compliance with agency standards.
- Provide counseling on personal, family financial, employment, behavioral, crisis, and substance abuse.
- Collaborate with staff/team on appropriate treatment matters – reviewing client progress and treatment planning.
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision meetings.
- Maintain current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Ensure compliance with billing requirements & maintain accurate records.
- Perform performance quality improvement (PQI) duties as assigned by supervision & the PQI committee.
- Develop and deliver annual training for all employees.
HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in social work or related field.
- Certifications as CSW, MFT, or LCPA required; preference for clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.)
- Experience working in behavioral health & substance use issues, with a preference for candidates who have completed a practicum in this area.
- Knowledge & ability to implement cognitive behavioral therapies and utilize community resources.
- Ability to manage caseload, supervise clinical staff & interns, and maintain billing requirements.
- Willingness to be on-call and work some evenings – if applicable.
