The firm represents a diverse client base ranging from local businesses and individuals to regional and national organizations in complex matters across state and federal courts. Their practice includes business and commercial litigation, financial institution and healthcare disputes, trust and estate litigation, employment matters, constitutional and civil rights claims, insurance coverage disputes, and public entity counseling.
The attorneys are known for being strategic, client-focused advocates who consistently deliver exceptional results while fostering a supportive and professional culture.
Salary range: 120-$150k and performance bonuses plus full benefits Health, dental, vision insurance, life, disability, paid parking, 401K and profit sharing.

Highlight Duties:
- Handle a variety of commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal court.
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate directly with experienced litigators on complex matters.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients through responsive, high-quality service.
Highlighted Requirements:
- 2–5 years of commercial/business litigation experience.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
